Booking and Refund Policy

1. What is your late cancellation and no-show policy?

If you are unable to make it on the scheduled session, we request that our clients reschedule at least 72 hours in advance of the booking via our website. Any reschedule of the booking time is subject to court availability. All court booking is eligible for a one-time reschedule only.

If you failed to reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled session, your payment will be forfeited. The booking will be considered as NO SHOW and we do not offer monetary refund.

Situation 1:

If the rescheduled courts selected is priced higher than the court(s) booked earlier, you are required to top up and pay the differences.

Situation 2:

If the rescheduled courts selected is priced lower than the court(s) booked earlier, the excess amount will not be refunded.

2. What is your refund policy?

In the event if you encounter system error during transaction payment, whereby the booking is not secured but payment is charged. Please raise a refund request to us within 3 days from the date of booking via email at [email protected]. We then will investigate the eligibility for a refund. If the refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method within a reasonable period. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your financial institution's processing time.

3. What is your late arrival policy?

Reservations start promptly according to the booked time slot. If you are late to your booked session, the reservation will not be extended. So please be on time and arrive early. Please note that the fee will not be prorated for late arrivals.

4. What if court is not usable?

In the rare occasion that the court is closed due to maintenance, we will notify you immediately via email. You are advised to reschedule the booking within 3 days.

5. Can I walk-in?

Walk-ins are certainly welcomed! While reservations are recommended to ensure court availability, we understand that spontaneity adds to the excitement of the game. If you decide to walk in, our friendly Operations Crew will do their best to accommodate you based on court availability. Keep in mind that peak hours may have higher demand, so reserving a court or a slot in the group lesson in advance is recommended for a seamless experience.

6. What is the maximum duration for court reservations?

There is no limit in terms of durations and number of courts booked per session. However, if you would like to book the courts for private event, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at +6017-3643199. Our team will provide you with the necessary information and assist you accordingly.

7. What happens for the outdoor court reservation if it rains?

We may close the courts in rainy weather or when the court conditions are deemed not safe to play until they are safe to be used. A notice via text message and email will be sent out to all reservations affected by the hazardous weather, at least 1 hour before.

Situation 1: all the covered courts are fully booked.

If the affected players played for less than half an hour, the session can be rescheduled to another day or slot without additional charges. If the affected players played for more than half an hour, we won’t replace the session for the players.

Situation 2: there are covered courts available:

We can move the affected players to the covered court without additional charges.
